Q: Where can I get a code?

A: Codes can be found with the following toys: 6.5″ Limited Edition Penguins, 2″ Mix & Match Figures, 4″ Pet Puffles, an Igloo Play Set and the Club Penguin Books. When you buy one of the above toys, look for the ‘Unlock Items Online’ item (shown at the top of this page). Then, when you next log into Club Penguin, you can find out what treasure you’ve unlocked by following the instructions at the top of the page. Some toys will come with a coin with a picture of Fluffy the fish on it. Keep it safe so when you next log into Club Penguin, you can redeem your item.

Q: Where do I enter my code?

A: Log in to Club Penguion as you normally would, then click on the ‘Unlock Items Online‘ (click on the link to see what it looks like) icon in the corner of the screen. Then follow the instructions.

Q: My code doesn’t work. What now?

A: Check to make sure you have entered your code exactly as it appears on your special coin OR if it’s a word from a book, be sure you’ve typed it exactly as it appears. If you got the code off YouTube, it’s probably already been used, so that explains why they showed it on YouTube. If you enter the wrong code five times, you’ll have to wait to try again.

Q: When my membership expires, will I lose the items I unlocked?

A: Your unlocked items will always be accessible, whether your membership is valid or not.

Q:If I’m not a member, can I still unlock items with my code?

A: Of course! Everyone can unlock items online- all you need is your penguin and your toy code or book.

Q: My toy didn’t come with a code. What do I do?

A: Some toys don’t have codes with them. The following toys DO have codes with them:

  • 2″ Mix and Match figures.
  • 6.5″ Limited edition Penguins
  • Club Penguin Books
  • Igloo Playset
  • 4″ Pet Puffles

If did buy one of the above toys but it didn’t come with a code, then you may want to contact Community Support.

Q:  The items in the Treasure Book is different from the last time I looked at it. Why did it change?

A: New Treasure Books are added from time to time. The series that is available now will be accessible for a limited time only! These books are compilations of long-time favourite and treasured items from Club Penguin catalogues, AND all-new, exclusive items.

Meeting me, Cosy7682

If you want to see me in Club Penguin you can. Comment in 'About...' and I might be able to see you. On Saturday I go on Frozen (more info on 'Where I'll be next') and add the first 3 people that come for my weekly meeting. If you are not sure it is me, I tend to stand out from the crowd by shouting alot or wearing clothes that you can't get anymore. I tend to be blue or red and wear the black and red t-shirt from Rockhopper.

More about me, Cosy7682

I am better known as Cosy as I like to call myself, and my other penguin, Purple Hamsy, is also known as Purple. To prevent any embarrassment when commenting, I am a girl and I like to sit by my beloved computer or play in the garden. I live in England, which is why you will often see spellings like 'catalogue' instead if the American spelling, 'catalog'. I joined Cosy in about the middle of Club Penguin, and my first pin was the butterfly pin. I often go with rules, and I don't like people disobeying rules that much, though my main rule is to be happy and have fun, so watch out if you do bend rules a bit!
